All orders ship in 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping and delivery is often available, please e-mail

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.  

Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging, and shipping. While most orders are ready to ship within 48 hours of placing the order, some orders take additional time. Please allow 72 hours for processing. All orders placed after 1pm ET will begin processing the following business day. We reserve the right to hold orders for verification. All orders billed and/or shipped outside of the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska must have the same billing and shipping address.

Service Cost

Ground: $5.95 and takes 5 - 7 business days, Monday - Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays*

2nd Day Air: $25 and takes 2 business days when ordered before 1pm ET, Monday - Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays*

Next Day Air: $45.00-$90.00 and is delivered next business day when ordered before 1pm ET, Monday - Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays*

*Please note that shipping times are approximate and that 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Next Day Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. Returns and Exchange Policy


We will happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective full price product for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt date from Sale items are final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Product must be unworn, undamaged and accompanied by a print out of the original confirmation email. For your security, please return your purchase with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Narratives The Agency, LLC.  is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.Please report any online order discrepancy within 14 days of delivery.

 All returns must be unworn, unused and in original condition. Request for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Please email with your order information and a brief reason for your exchange and we will send you an approval number and return instructions. We have the right to refuse returns that are not in original condition. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was delivered and shipping must be paid for by the customer.

Your account will be credited, less any shipping costs, within 5 business days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Narratives The Agency, LLC, or in the case that an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. Narratives The Agency, LLC is not responsible for any return packages not received.

 Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Please note all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
